RC52 news: New board  
This fall RC52 welcomes a new board, for the period 2023-2027. Thanks very much to Helena Serra, outgoing RC52 president (2018-2023), for her excellent work leading the RC over her extended five-year term. Thanks also to those board members whose terms on the board have ended: Christian Azais, Debby Bonnin, Gitte Sommer Harrits, Javier Pablo Hermo, Stephanie Short, and Alexandra Vinson.

Dear participants, Remember that all programme participants to the ISA World Congress of Sociology (paper givers, session organizers, chairs, discussants, etc.) must register before March 22, 2023 24:00 GMT. Participants who fail to pay a registration fee by the registration deadline will be automatically deleted from the program. No extension of the deadline is possible. Forthcoming conference

Dear Colleagues,

Global research and Educational Foundation India (GREFI) is a research organization established in 2018 to promote research and other academic activities in the field of social and environmental science as well as to promote developmental activities in the Global South. At present, we are organizing two international conferences in a year in collaboration with different research committees of Indian Sociological Society and University Departments. Our last international conference was held at New Delhi in November 2022.

Our forthcoming conference will be held from 23rd March to 26th March 2023 (Four days) at the Institute of Social Science (ISS), 8, Nelson Mandela Marg (C1 vasant Kunj), New Delhi on the theme “Globalization and the crisis of “The Project of Modernity”: Theoretical and Methodological Nuances”. The details of the conference are given in the notification attached herewith.
