This blog is supported by ISA RC52 in order to stimulate knowledge exchange and a debate into topical issues in the sociology of professions; PhD students and early career researchers are especially invited to participate, but the blog is open to everybody who is interested in the sociology of professions.
It is a space made for all members and non members to debate about professions in Europe and in the world, to present their recent works in the field of sociology of occupational/professional groups and to encourage the exchange of research findings. Its aim is to provide a relaxed environment where all the people interested in professions can participate and put a step forward in the advancement of sociology of professions.
The blog is managed by Gitte Sommer Harrits, member of the RC52 Executive Board. Please note: ISA RC52 does not take over responsibility for the content of this blog; please visit the ISA RC52 website for all official statements and information.
